1/27/10 - Who approved the location of these sites?
The pictures below were taken along a northeastern Pennsylvania stream...yesterday. Anyone see any potential problems here? I continue to read how the DEP and SRBC claim they know what they're doing, and I continue to hear how our legislators are acting to protect their constituents.

I simply ask: Who in their right minds would allow industrial activity, like drilling or drilling-related operations, to be located in an unprotected flood plain? Who? That person and his/her chain of command should be fired - immediately.

We need to make some changes in Harrisburg and Washington - NOW - for they truly do not know what they are doing and have lost control of this Marcellus Shale ploy...er, play.
